Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about massage chair sourcing, OEM, shipping, and after-sales support.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+

Our standard MOQ is 3–5 units per model for mixed orders. For first-time buyers, we welcome trial orders of 1–2 units to evaluate quality before committing to bulk. Full custom OEM orders require 20+ units per model.

Do you offer sample orders before bulk production?+

Yes. Sample orders of 1–2 units are welcome. The sample cost is deducted from your first bulk order. Samples are shipped via express courier and typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

What payment terms do you accept?+

We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight for qualified buyers, and PayPal for sample orders.

Can I mix different models in one container?+

Yes. Our mixed MOQ program allows you to combine up to 5 different models in a single 40HQ container, with as few as 3–5 units per model.

What is the lead time for bulk orders?+

Small mixed orders ship within 10 days from stock. Bulk orders (50+ units) take 15–20 days. Custom OEM orders take 25–30 days including tooling and packaging setup.

What OEM services do you offer?+

We offer full OEM/ODM services including custom logo branding on the chair, remote control, packaging, and instruction manuals. We also handle design modifications such as color, upholstery material, accent stitching, and function adjustments.

Is there a minimum for OEM customization?+

No hidden MOQ for basic customization (logo, packaging, color). For full design modifications, 20+ units per model. We provide a pre-production sample for approval before full production.

Can you match a specific Pantone color or material?+

Yes. We regularly do Pantone-matched upholstery and can source specific materials. A physical material board is provided within 5 business days for your approval.

Do you offer private label / white label?+

Yes. Private label is our most popular OEM service. We apply your brand logo to the chair, remote, packaging, and manuals. Available from 20+ units per model.

What are my shipping options?+

We offer LCL (Less than Container Load) for mixed and small orders, 20GP/40HQ full container for bulk orders, and express courier for urgent samples. Delivery to US West Coast ports takes 18–25 days by sea from Southern China.

How is the packaging to prevent damage?+

Standard packaging includes outer carton + inner foam frame + wood corner reinforcement for bulk shipments. Documented damage rate in transit is below 0.3%.

Do you handle customs clearance?+

We provide complete customs documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and all required certificates. Local customs clearance is handled by the buyer or their broker.

What is your FOB port?+

Our standard FOB ports are Xiamen and Fuzhou, Fujian Province, China. All prices quoted are FOB unless otherwise specified.

What warranty do you offer?+

We offer a 12-month warranty on mechanical components and motors, and 6 months on upholstery and electronics. Our support team responds within 24 hours on business days.

How do you handle after-sales issues?+

We maintain a dedicated after-sales team that provides remote diagnostics, spare parts replacement, and video call troubleshooting. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.

What is your product failure rate?+

Our documented in-field failure rate within the first 12 months is below 0.8%, compared to the industry average of 3–5%. This is achieved through a 28-point QC inspection before every shipment.

Do you offer training for my service team?+

Yes. For bulk and OEM partners, we provide technical documentation, assembly guides, and video troubleshooting libraries. On-site training at our factory can also be arranged.

What certifications do your products hold?+

We hold CE, RoHS, FCC, and ISO 9001 certifications. Certification documents are model-specific and available upon request.

What is the difference between 2D, 3D, and 4D massage?+

2D rollers move up/down and left/right. 3D adds adjustable pressure depth. 4D adds speed and rhythm variation for a more realistic hand-like massage. 3D is the current market baseline, while 4D commands premium pricing.

What track type should I choose?+

S-track follows the spine from neck to lumbar. L-track extends below the hips to glutes. SL-track combines the S-curve with glute coverage — our best-selling category for comprehensive coverage.

What leather options are available?+

We offer four grades: PVC (budget), semi-PU (mid-range), full PU (standard, 100,000+ Martindale rubs), and hydrolysis-resistant PU (premium, 200,000+ rubs, ideal for humid climates). Full PU is standard across most models.
